Booty Call
According to the Grand Mademoiselle, "booty" is a gain, gift, or prize. Well ladies, there is no greater booty than a pair of supple leather, high-cut, flat boots! The Grand M is literally bursting at the seams to get her mitts on a pair of new boots and to wear them with everything from richly detailed, cabled, textured tights, to dark jeans and an over-sized cashmere vest. The new flat boot is different ... it's less "horsey" and more refined, even simple with a clean line and classic shape. Here are the Grand M's top picks this month:

first and foremost let me say that i adore your blog. this might have to do with the fact that my love of shoes may rival yours. i saw the picture of the cuffed boots on your site and rejoiced. i have been looking for those exact boots all season. my problem is that as well as being tall i am also long of feet. i wear a 12 and finding boots has been nigh on impossible. and yet, there they were. i hopped on to the barefoottess.com website and grabbed a pair in black. they arrived today. "oh be still, my beating heart" they are incredible. thank you thank you thank you for mentioning this site. i am forever in your debt.
