Ethics 101

The Grand Mademoiselle is faced with a moral dilemma; should she reserve her limited funds and dutifully stash away that 10% of her income each month? OR should she splurge on her greatest desire, a new pair of Loeffler Randall's? The question is an ethical one, my dear Grand M's, and it speaks to the heart of our conception of what is right and wrong. Is it wrong to buy an exquisite pair of Loeffler's in lieu of paying rent? Well, of course! But being covetous just feels so right when the shoes are as gorgeous as these, so pay no heed to the great philosophers and go with your fashion gut.

Who cares about moral duty when you've got a magical pair of Matilde's on? Anyone who denies the inherent beauty and importance of strutting down the avenue in these boots is simply demented or wrong at best. In order to compensate for her slightly skewed fashion morals, the Grand M will construct her own ethical theory, one that says, "If Loeffler Randall makes it, then buy it, consequences be damned."

Booty Call

According to the Grand Mademoiselle, "booty" is a gain, gift, or prize. Well ladies, there is no greater booty than a pair of supple leather, high-cut, flat boots! The Grand M is literally bursting at the seams to get her mitts on a pair of new boots and to wear them with everything from richly detailed, cabled, textured tights, to dark jeans and an over-sized cashmere vest.
